This is to notify the general public that MTN Nigeria is deceitful in discharge of duty. Concerning the Welcome Back because I bought a new line as I was instructed by MTN customer care. After calling them for One whole week to active the New sim, they refused to active the New sim. I am really disappointe in what MTN Nigeria did to me.

MTN should Please try to be more Customer friendly in discharge of duty.
